Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 working days of receiving your order. To make a return, please contact us by email at info@bugaia.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns requested after the 14-working-day period.

All items must be returned in their original condition and carefully packaged to ensure safe transport. Please use the original shipping box and protective packaging. The customer is fully responsible for packaging the item securely.

If a returned item arrives damaged due to insufficient or improper packaging, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
